The Pre-Demolition Process

If you have not had a demolition performed for you previously, you are probably curious as to how it all unfolds.

Below is a step by step guide detailing the preparation process that is involved when BETA Demolition perform a demolition project.

1. Call or fill out quote request form
2. We will need to access the property to give a more accurate costing, we will be in touch to arrange this
3. Asbestos needs to be identified and quantified to supply an accurate quotation, we may need to arrange for our asbestos specialist to come out if required
4. The quote is supplied and a project timeline is established
5. You will need to provide the demolisher with the following
   • Copy of the property title (must be no more than 6 months old)
   • Consent for Proposed Demolition, obtained from your local council
   • Asset Protection, obtained from your local council as well
6. Once provided a demolition permit can be applied for - we will do this for you
7. The client will organise for utilities to be disconnected - gas and electricity
8. The demolition process will begin
